I worked with Maddie for three years over Zoom and I can’t recommend her enough.

She is a wonderfully warm, compassionate, sensitive, and intelligent person, and offered me so many thoughtful insights during our time together.

I am neurodivergent, and connected instantly with Maddie and her approach. She is very well informed on ADHD, and has helped me to make sense of my symptoms, and develop tools to cope, as well as a compassionate inner voice.

When my relationship ended suddenly last year, I found myself at the lowest point of my life, and Maddie’s support was a lifeline to me. Over weekly sessions, she listened intently, and helped me to reframe situations that plagued me, and to offer myself compassion. Her focus on mindfulness was also integral at this time — she helped me to tune out racing negative thoughts, and ground myself in the present.

She offered a safe space, in which I could trust her with anything — this was vital to me as a queer person figuring out my sexuality and gender identity.

The progress I have been able to achieve with Maddie over the last three years is invaluable to me, and feels as if it would have been unimaginable at the place I started.
